Great location, but dirty sheets and no hot water.

Had central location right next door is the restaurant. Efficient staff as I wanted.

Facilities were clean good, even so Wi-Fi connection was slow.

Gorgeous and little hotel in a shopping area just off shops eg Woolworth, chemist, cafe's & restaurants and eateries. Unbeatable and incredibly comfortable location, at a walking distance from Picnic Point Reserve. Friendly service, efficient and excellent staff during stay. Easy check-in, parking onsite.

The motel is situated in a quiet location, right in the heart of town with a nice view outside. the on-site private parking was convenient, and the service was welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back on our next trip.

The staff at City Centre Motel were incredibly accommodating and friendly, making our stay enjoyable. the facilities were clean and well-kept, contributing to a comfortable environment. the location is excellent, within walking distance to shops and attractions. being close to a great Chinese restaurant added to the convenience of our stay. a delightful experience!

Upon arrival, the room had a lovely fresh scent and was cozy thanks to the air-conditioning. the overall experience was marred by stained bedding, maintenance issues, and an unacceptably dark outdoor area. It's a shame, as the promise of a comfortable stay fell flat, leaving us quite disappointed.

We appreciated the complementary late check-in service and free wifi, even though it frequently dropped out. the location was central and quiet, giving us a good night's sleep. We also enjoyed the comfortable beds and the possibility of logging into our Netflix account on the TV.

The positive aspects were not enough to make up for the poor overall experience. the air conditioning was not working when we arrived, and it took multiple calls and a lot of effort to have it reset.
